8:00am-4:30pm
Inpatient Facility

This position offers a $500 Sign on Bonus or Paid CEU's

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications used throughout the facility. Responsible for the direct supervision of technical support personnel. Performed in accordance with all applicable State and Federal laws, JCAHO, and professional practice standards, and policies and procedures of the health system/pharmacy department.

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state Pharmacy license in practicing state
BS Pharmacy (5 year degree) from College of Pharmacy accredited by American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy (AACP)
One year recent inpatient hospital experience as staff pharmacist or pharmacy intern in a general medical/surgical hospital preferred.
