Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing radiopharmaceuticals and other drugs to medical care providers under highly regulated State and Federal guidelines.
May also consult with or advise physicians and nuclear medicine technologists on the safe and efficacious use of radioactive drugs for diagnosis and therapy.

Requirements for this job:
Current license in practicing state
Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy
Prior authorized user certification preferred but not required
Nuclear pharmacy training is provided
Ability to communicate effectively with customers when taking prescription orders, identify potential problems with orders to circumvent possible misadministration, drug interactions, etc.
Ability to effectively relate written and verbal communications and documentation procedures
