Responsibilities:
Provides pharmaceutical care services to the patients of the facility including, but not limited to oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing and proper documentation of patient medication therapy as well as providing drug information, patient information and oversight of information and dispensing systems.
Will work with the team to ensure compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations as well as proper storage and documentation of pharmaceuticals.
Supervises and directs support personnel.
In the absence of the pharmacy manager, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy manager.

Requirements for this job:
Current license in practicing state
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required
Hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Interest in developing pharmaceutical care programs
Proven customer service skills
