POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 

Pharmacy Technician licensed in Arizona to work various shifts, and at least one weekend per month. One year hospital experience preferred. Able to prepare IV solutions, restock an ADM machine, fill orders and have some knowledge of various age group requirements.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

1. High school graduate/GED equivalent
2. A minimum of one year hospital pharmacy or related experience or a graduate of a certified pharmacy technology program
3. Must be 18 years or older
4. Demonstrate knowledge through successful completions of written examination
5. If not a graduate of a pharmacy technician program, must complete Pharmacy Technician Training program within three months of hire
6. Typing speed: 30
7. Basic CRT knowledge

1. Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
