POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 

CATHOLIC HEALTHCARE WEST - ARIZONA

Infectious Disease Pharmacist needed to establish an infectious disease program in pharmacy. The goals of the program are to ensure clinical and microbiological effectiveness of antimicrobials/ decrease the emergence of resistance, educate prescribers in therapeutically efficacious and cost-effective therapy, and decrease adverse reactions and predisposition to secondary infections. Chandler Regional Medical Center is a dynamic, growing medical center with emphasis on cardiac care, cancer. and maternal child health. Qualifications include completion of a residency in infectious disease pharmacy or equivalent experience in an infectious disease program. 1 year hospital experience preferred. Must have a current Arizona pharmacy license.
