GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Pharmacist is responsible for providing each patient with optimal drug therapy in a timely and professional manner. Pharmacist provide clinical services and drug distribution support in coordination with physicians and nurses. Concepts of pharmaceutical care are accepted and provided in practice to deliver high quality, low-cost products and services to our customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy with BS Pharm or Pharm.D.
* Must be a Pharmacist licensed in the State of Ohio.
